Ditto to what Rock said, Mamma D. No more excuses! Smoking is not an option! One day at a time! These are the affirmations I used when I quit smoking. Every day, no matter how long we live, we can only live one day at a time. To try to do any more is fruitless and even dangerous. Focus on right now, this very moment. That will get you through.Stay here every day all day if you have to. Even if nobody answers, keep posting. It's hard work, we all know that, but we know it can be done. You can do it, Mamma D!

Well folks...here I go yet again.  I have never laster more than 5 yrs. I quit for 5 yrs then resumed and have been off and on since the loss of my eldest son in 2004. I am  frustrated by my inablity to remain smoke free.   I have many, many health issues which smoking only worsens, yet I keep puffing away.  I know if I continue to smoke..I will die.  I need everyone's help and prayers to achieve this.....and I will.
Tomorrow is day one.  I will stay in touch.  This group has always been my rock.  In the past I have been without a computer and used that for an excuse not to keep in touch.  NOT THIS TIME.
For all the newbies....keep that Nico Demon Away!!!!
