My advice.... in all instances is to avoid toxic people at all costs.

These people you speak of have are having a negative impact on you. These people serve you no purpose + are non-constructive to your well-being.

If you must, pick only people that are positive role models in your close vicinity. Don't ever compromise & live at the expense of someone else's mercy, we all have a choice in this.

As they say... You can pick your friends but you can't pick your family.

Hi Lance,

That would be irritating.  Especially for a successfully quit non smoker!

Every time they go outside remind yourself how strong you are to have beaten it!

Where I currently stay, which I plan on changing very very soon, there are a few other guys, and they all smoke. So all day and all night long, they are back and forth, in and out constantly! They stink so bad. They are people I would have never have chosen to stay with even if they were non smokers! Talkin bottom of the food chain, not kidding either. So sorry, that my smoking gripe as of late. It's really getting to me......just sayin...
