National Men?s Health Week

14 years ago 0 2606 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi members,

This week June 14th- June 20th is National Men’s Health Week. Men’s Health Week is celebrated each year on the week in June leading up to and including Father’s Day. The main goal of this week is to promote awareness of preventable health problems and also to encourage early detection and treatment of disease in men and boys. Throughout this week, health care providers, the media and individuals can encourage men and boys to receive regular medical check-ups and participate in early treatment for disease and injury. This week is celebrated in the USA and in many other areas around the globe.

Men’s health is a family affair. You can get the whole family involved in men's health, awareness is key!
How will you celebrate Men’s week? How will you make a point of taking action?

Samantha, Bilingual Health Educator
