Don't give up Rose your doing real good, get yourself a glass of ice cold water and take deep deep breaths and you will make it through. You sound like you really want this quit....so stay strong lots of will power and self talk....think of yourself  in two years from now ...do you want to be smoke free.... you can do this,  just say NOPE

Way to go Roses! You are right: you came to post and not went to buy cigarettes. That tells you that you are ready to quit this time. Breath in, breath out... That too shall pass...
Keep the quit

Its the evening of day 9 now for me 4 hours away from day 10.  It has been tough all day the craving and triggers.  Going out to my quilting class and stuff just trying to do everything and anything without nicotine is a  real challenge.  I have been agitated and having anxiety all day now.  I will be glad when this day is over.  I am just trying to make it through it without going to buy smokes.  Day 9 was hard on my last major quit 2 yrs ago.  I stayed quit for 35 days that time.  I sure wish I have never relapsed than I wouldn't be going through this again.  I hate nicotine....and what it has done to me.  One good thing is I came here to post and havent' given into the craves yet.  That is something I didn't do last time and I lost my quit.
