Hi Rose, and congratulations on your decision to quit.  Posting often is absolutely one of the best coping tools around.  Especially in the beginning.  Sounds like you're well planned for this quit.  Remember to look no further than one step, one crave, one day at a time.
Your attitude is great.  Keep going strong,

Cheers,
Jan

Way to go Roses,  you are so right.. it is chatter... and you have a wonderful attitude and knowledge.. you are armed.. Use these weapons and what ever other ones you need to Knock that nicodemon chatter to the ground and then squish it.

Positive thinking. and the Understanding that to make the Craves be quiet is to see them for the b.s. they are.  The only way to beat this addiction.. Is do Not feed it.. starve it to death.    It is like a June bug eating a beautiful rose..

Wishing you bright skies and sunshine tomorrow.
 Bonnie

Thanks Every body for your support you've all been great.  Having you all here is a real lifesaver.  I hope to return the favor if you ever need me.  I am feeling better now the craving are not as bad they are getting weaker.  Reading all your posts really helped and by the time I finished reading them I was feeling better.  Well I guess it is time for that hot shower now and  than I will look for something to keep my mind busy which should reduce the chatter.  I do hate the chatter. Things should get better once I get through this week.  I am looking forward to 30 days I remember 30 days and it was really great and I was on top of the world.
