Well done Renee- I know that 'missing something' feeling- it's bizarre isn't it because I never found out what it was. Mornings were my difficult time because they were so routine to include a morning cigarette. So I changed my whole morning routine, rather than keeping the old one minus smoking (if that makes sense)

I think it would be great if you start to think about your first week's reward, after all its some achievement to go a whole week without smoking and it has to be rewarded, especially Hell week as thats supposed to be the worst one! So, plan yourself a nice reward, and I look forward to hearing what it is on Day 7 which is not that far away.

I plan on drinking lots of water. I seem to be missing something but I don't know what that is yet. Maybe its just that empty feeling inside me. I have alot of stuff to do on my computer and I read alot. It doesn't sound like much but it will keep me busy. Maybe I'll go to the movies tonight.

Great stuff Renee, you're stuck in and ready to stay quit.  Be sure to keep thinking up distractions for when those stealth cravings come up so you can kick their ashes before they cause you to pay attention!

Doing great, keep up the quit!
