Women's Health Week

15 years ago 0 11226 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi members!
This week is women’s health week!  This initiative is being promoted by the US Department of Health and Human Services.  Even if you are not a resident of the United States you can still appreciate the importance of this week!  Women all over the world, make now the time to make positive health changes in your life.  Where to start?  Chose one area below to work on to move closer to your health goals!
•    Get at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate physical, 1 hour and 15 minutes of vigorous exercise or a combination of both
•    Eat a healthy well balanced diet
•    Receive regular checkups and preventative screenings
•    Quit smoking
•    Cut back or quit drinking
•    Pay attention to your mental health and get enough sleep and manage stress.
How will you be celebrating Women’s Health Week?
Ashley, Health Educator
