Hi Everyone,
 
Time does the healing and thoughts do witter away.  Most importantly always say no.  I had one urge in the last three months which was very weird for me.  All urges pass and yes life without the addiction has been wonderful to body and soul!  Keep it up, like all good quitters we keep going to we get what we have to have.  You will realize what you have once you have it so keep it.
