Hello fellow quitters, I am back again after smoking since March 1st. But, I smoked my last ciggarette at 11:37pm last night and I mean to stay quit one day at a time. I had stopped coming to this forum and I know that it is important for me to stay focused and involved. I got told Tuesday that I needed to quit my right eye was hemorraging around my focal point and fluid was building up but, the doctor asked about smoking and he proceeded to suggest i quit smoking. Well, this is the second doctor for different reasons to tell me to quit so, I have to I did this before for eight months so I know that it is a possibility this life with out ciggarettes. So, again any replies I would greatly appreciate, suggesstions are welcome. Thanks for being here for me
