Thank sfree, yes it is possible and it feels wonderful. You are doing great also. One thing I found helped me was my rewards, I looked so forward to them. I treated myself every Thur for a long time, since that was the day I quit. I got a cappucino, I couldnt wait for the next Thur so I could have my treat and I knew if I smoked I couldnt have that that.

These stories always give me the goosebumps because I now know its possible to never ever pick up a cigarette again and be happy with this choice we make to quit. 5 years is such a huge milestone, congrats to you!!!!
