Amazing post Rusty! We all deserve to take the time to thank ourselves for taking care and making our health a big priority! Thank you for reminding us of this!

To who?  Well, look in the mirror. Whether you have been quit eight years like Leslie, five years like me, four years like Mr. Ed and Duffis, six days like Sparky, one day, five minutes, or even if you are just thinking about quitting, you owe yourself a big hug and a giant smile. So do that right now. Wrap your arms around yourself, squeeze tight, and smile.

Why? Because regardless of where we are in life, and no matter what we might have done yesterday or last week or last year, the one thing we owe ourselves is our own love. We all go through self-loathing and beating ourselves up for this or that, for big things and small things. But that gets us no where. It is only love for ourselves that helps us get better and become better people.

So congratulations to all of us -- for being human, for waking up this morning, for existing right now this moment in our love for ourselves. We can do what we need to do. I know we can.
