Ashley:

I hope your Valentines Day went good as well.  I just got back from dinner with my wife of 33 years.  We had a great smoke free dinner at the Red Lobster.

Happy Valentines Day!

Special occasions and holidays can bring enjoy, excitement, fear and frustration.  Which would you choose if you had the chance?  Looking forward to this day can help with being positive in your progress.  Preparing for it can be essential.

Make it a special day and use your creativity.  You need to continue to occupy yourself and avoid situations that will tempt you, so do just that!  Pamper yourself and your loved one, or just treat yourself.  There doesn’t have to be stress associated to this day, so look forward to it and prepare something great.

Think big or think small, it is all about you!

What are you planning?
