Thanks all!  I do feel great!  One of the things I love the most is that I can take a really deep breath without coughing!  No rattle in my chest and none of the phlegm in my throat.  Believe me, if I could do it, anyone can!

It was 7 years ago when I made the choice to quit smoking.  (or it will be on June1).  Absolutely the best decision of my life!  I have no doubt my health would be poor right now if I had continued on.  I am totally, completely, absolutely smoke free!  No cravings, no longings, no wishing I could have just one!  None of that!  You guys stick with it and you'll get here too!  I promise!
