Dear Members,

Congratulations Computer Nurse. I am 120 days, not quite as good as you yet but I am very proud of myself for staying smokefree over the Christmas period. I concur that this site is a great help to anyone quitting nicotine and trying to stay quit.

Happy New Year to all.

Regards,

Scruffy.

Happy New Years Members!

New Year’s Eve is a time to reflect on the past year and, more importantly, moving forward into the coming year. It’s a time for us to consider the changes we want (or need) to make. Most people resolve to better themselves with quitting smoking being in the top five New Years Resolutions. Our support groups will help you to realize your resolutions. Tell us a bit about yours and how you plan on getting there.
