So my family all leaves tomorrow to go home and it was an eye opening week. My parents both smoke and they have been here all week. I am so happy to say I am a non smoker and to have not missed one minute of anything because I had to have a smoke break or go outside to smoke this year. I could smell them when they came in after smoking, yuck!! And I realized how much of a smokers day is wasted smoking. SO happy I made it through the week and saw the benefits of not smoking.
