Great list and great plans.  The more posts I read from you Sydney, the more I think... "She'll be around a while!!"
 
Just before I quit I had been given some sweets in a House of Lords tin.  I substituted one sweet a day for my walk to the train station and it became one of my new rituals.  They lasted over a month too, so that helped reinforce my quit.

I also used to "go for a smell" on my lunch breaks...into a department store to the handbag section - leather smells awesome with new sense of smell.  Also into bakeries for the same reason.  Even Subway with their bread smell, oh my, free rewards are too good sometimes!!
 
I can't honestly remember specific rewards, just know that there were so many so often I can't remember them all!

One Week- bought a magazine
Two Weeks- bought blueberry tea! I love it
Three Weeks-eyebrows done
A Month-Perfume
Two Months-White Strips :-)
Three Months-Massage at the spa
In between buying tabloid mags and lotto tickets maybe for week milestones
Six Months- Ipod Touch hopefullly if I can afford it
A Year- Hopefully a new computer :-)
