It's really as Simple as "I really wanted to stop smoking". This + a good attitude & knowledge. Nicotine addiction & withdrawl.. sucks to be a smoker eh !.

No mechanisms per say just keeping a positive smoke free attitude. Did some bike riding when the weather was nice. The bottom line is I really wanted to stop smoking.
