Lance, you're making it. You have been working very hard and it's paying off. As we promised you early on, it will get easier. Now I promise you that it will continue to. You'll go from craving cigarettes to just thinking about them to wondering why you ever smoked in the first place. Eventually cigarettes will just become an occasional annoyance, like swatting a fly buzzing around your ear. But remember the demon wears disguises and never really gives up.

Two months smoke free is a HUGE milestone Lance!  You won't hit five years if you don't hit 2 months first!   Please be sure to reward yourself to celebrate this milestone!  Continue to take it one day at a time and 5 years smoke free will be here in no time!

WOOHOOOO Lance--that is great!!!!

The beginning of a quit is so full of major accomplishments...Each day you go to bed not smoking is a major accomplishment!! I know this quit has been rough for you due to other factors as well. Yet, you are hanging in there and coming out victorious!

Congrats, Lance and keep on hanging tough
