Good for you, Gimm! You know, after the first few weeks (about 5 or 6, for me)  whether you'll ever smoke again or not. When you're not going to, something inside just says, "Been there. Done that." Doing the first few weeks, the physical withdrawals from all of those chemicals mess with you--sort of clouds your mind. But clearer days are ahead.

wow Day 6!!!........I'm doing great. I'm using the patches today.  I don't like the taste of the lozenges and i'm giving my mouth a rest lol.....I think i'll go shopping tomorrow and reward myself with something. This quit has many firsts, that I want to share.

First time to visit a non-smoking support group
First time i've have all the tools available
First time that i've ever wanted to quit to  keep my health ( this is my main motivation)
First time in over 2 years, i've been stopped this long
First time I really feel like im not going to smoke again ever!!

Best Wishes to everyone and thanks for your support!
