Congratulations!!
You are going trough the hardest week , and you are kicking ash.
Just take one smoking tought at a time and you will succeed!
Keep your ice water on hand and take deep breaths when a smoking tought kicks in!
You should be proud of yourself!

You guys are all amazing!  It's day 7 and one heck of a ride!!  I'm still smoke free even though it's extremely tough.  I think it is a mentally draining experience too.  The social aspect of smoking in my household is tough.  I've been experiencing panic attacks but I will NOT give in.  I have come this far and there is nothing going to stop me now.

I rewarded myself this week by purchasing a paint by number, latch hook kit and needle point kit.  Now keep in mind I am so not crafty!  But I need to do something else to occupy my hands and this is working so far..give or take.

Other than that, things are going well, and hopefully things will continue as well.
