Nearly a month already wow Lance, well done- fantastic progress.
Yep a reward, well this reward was the same one after hell week, a haircut. Some just take a haircut for granted, I like them. I always got one every three weeks and until recently wasn't. I was at a place in my life where that just wasn't a thing I did.
Today it's a reward, and a big one. Right now for me to go to my favorite Barber is an ordeal. Since I'm not driving distances "yet" ( a topic on the panic center site) I have to take the train downtown, catch the bus coming back almost in the same direction but in a different area, a short walk and back again. So, to get a great haircut was a five hour trip. To drive it would be 15-20 mins each way. So it was a huge reward and I feel so good!
