Gimm, welcome to the SSC and congratulations on 3 smoke free days!  Glad that things are going pretty good for you.  Sleeping patterns and other body functions do change once you quit smoking.  Use the search feature on this site to look up how other members have dealt with the changes.  Just remember that you are repairing your body, so these temporary inconveniences will yield HUGE permanent improvements!  Stay close, post as often as you need, take it one day at a time (or one hour at a time if needed!), and remember to say N.O.P.E. (Not one puff ever!!!)  We're all rooting for your continued success!

This is day three for me.  The days have went by fast.  So far, today is easier than yesterday.  I'm getting a little tired of chewing the gum.  I may switch to the patch in a day or two.  I'm having some insomnia and constipation.  Other than that, I feel great!  Breathing is better already!
