The star system is only related to number of posts you create. The more posts you make the more stars you will have. I can see your avatar here. I can also see your quit video in your profile so it looks to me you did it right. About the Instant messenger we currently have been experiencing trouble with it but our IT team is working on it.
How do you get five stars? If it's completing the program parts, why wont it let me set my avatar and quit video from there. I did these but they dont show up. Wonder if using opera browser makes IM not work for me as well.
