Hey Lance!

Prepare well and psych yourself up for this trip!!!  I know that you can do this, you just have to convince yourself that you can! Go through all the milestones in the program and read and post here!  You have to get it in your mind that this is something that you want more than anything.  It's all about being willing to accept that challenge and make that commitment.

There's a huge amount of support here!  Read and learn and post for help when you need it!

Jump in Lance!!
October 14 is great!!!!! It is a lucky day to quit because it is my daughter's birthday, lol.
No seriously, there is never a perfect day to quit and everyday is perfect to quit!
Just write down your top 10 reasons to quit and read them as many times as you need. I still read  them every night.
I do not want to let my guard down!!
Hugs!!!
Marivi

Lance....

I know it's not easy, but it can be done.  I remember wavering back and forth for a while before I made the decision to stop.  Think hard about the reasons to stop and keep those reasons close to your heart.  When the dragon comes knocking at your door, bring those reasons to the front of your mind, come here and post, find a distraction that will get you through the next bit of time.  Most of all, remember you are not alone and that others have made it through the same issues and struggles that you are experiencing now.

You can do this  !!!!!!!!!!!

Lance,

Prepare yourself!  Get ready for anything and think one day at a time!  We do know where you are coming from and the ideas that you are wrestling with, so what are you going to do about it?

Get in there and make a plan of action, avoid, prepare, rest, anything can help.  Ask questions and start the program.  What's your motivation?  This can be a great incentive!

Quitting wouldn't hinder any other issues!

Ready when you are!

Ok, lets give it another shot. This isnt easy. Nor is this time of my life. Am I biting off more than I can chew at this time of my life? My world is still upside down, but I want to quit hoping it will help me with my other issues.
