Dear Bookers,
No worries about the quit. You set your date before on the 29th. Tried to take advantage of a situation and it did not work out. This does not mean you failed. Just that you are going to need the Doc's help and the 29. think of it as a practice run.
I so know that you can do this. I really do. I have never lied to you before have I?? In all the many many years we have known each other???. Well I am not now either. YOU have a strength inside of you that you cant seem to see for some reason. I see it Booker, I see it, I feel it for you if you cant. You have come out on the right side of some of the worst things in life and have made a go of it and made it work. This is a piece of easy work compared to all you have endured
Plus the benefits of being with that new grand baby a tad longer, along with those wonderful children of yours. Wow they love you so much.
This is the best gift you can give them all, the gift of time with your wonderful self. I need it too!! I need you in my life so desperately.
Well wanted you to know you can do this. and that I love you so much.  , ,,, . Heehee. now figure out who is who.
Hi to all my friends here. It is so nice to stop by. Today took me 2 days to get on  every time I get excited I might be able to come back.
I love you all and miss you all so very much
Pupikat

Thanks for the nice update pupikat!
We always appreciate people checking in and always encourage to keep posting!

In regards to setting up your quit meter, in your personal profile options you can select to "show your quit meter". Hope this helps, and yes Booker this is a great idea!

How Wonderful to see all you fine quitters.
I have missed you all so much. Thanks for remembering me. Jim  so good to see you too. Kaiser,  hope you are well. Prayers for all of you daily still. You were all such a help to me. I sure hope we can reach Booker. Like I said she had a quit date of the 29, which is an anniversary of when she started. I cant remember that? And so this is just a jump start cause of illness, just hoping it sticks I cant find my beginning posts to show her what I went through. Everything I was afraid of that would happen to me did happen, and then the heart attacks and seizure on top of that. But thanks to you all , I kept the quit.

She has a grandbaby that just turned 1. I would really like for you to see her grow up. I have so much faith in you that you can do this. I know Mo that you don't think you can. But you cant see the strength inside yourself. Your entire life has not been an easy one. and if you can come out of that on the other side. Smoking is a piece of cake. It is only fear holding you hostage, so to speak. Fear is making you doubt your abilities.

N.O.P.E. ( NOT ONE PUFF EVER) saved my quit so many time. I would sit there rocking back and forth saying over and over to myself NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE. And nope it was.

I wish for you all great things Booker. Start the counter for how many smoke free days you have, it is such a big help. Would someone please tell her where and how. She is worse than me at computers. lol
Oh I got right on today too. woohoo for me.

Love to all
Pupikat
