Thought I'd take a quick break from my studies and say hello to my old friends and welcome some of the new people.  Being in school at my age is a challenge so I don't get here much these days.  I think of you a lot more often than you know.
 
I'm so very thankful to have found this site when I decided to quit smoking for good. 
I am so grateful to be free of the chains of addiction.
