I haven't given in!!  I am having my morning coffee and woke up wanting a cigarette- really strong craving and just breath deep instead. I am going to spend the day at school where there is no smoking allowed so I am ok. Thanks for your help!!

Featherdancer, do anything to get away from the situation for a little bit.  Take a breath, grab a drink of water, and give the situation some time to sort itself out.  Don't expect your husband to know what you are going through with quitting, non-smokers see quitting as something easy, they do not understand.  When things calm down, see if you can get him to not mention cigarettes for a while.  Just don't give in to smoking whatever you do!

My husband is picking fights with me and raising my stress level to an obscene level - I am working hard at staying away from him as long as I can at least until I can get a grip on my quit, but he is making it really tough and even said to me "Why don't you go smoke a cigarette and leave?" What a JERK!
