I hoping my stats will show now. It's been a while since I've posted.

It has been so long since I've check in to my favorite non-smoking support group.  I am happy to say that I am still smoke free and it has been 4 years this last June.  As I have said so many times before, this site helped me in this journey to take control of my life.  I feel terrific and it is such a blessing to be totally smoke free.

To everyone trying to quit, stay with it.  The secret to stop smoking is just DON'T SMOKE.  Like we said before, NOPE, not one puff ever! This is the only way to do it. No matter how hard it seems, just don't take that one puff.  I'm sure if I just took 1 puff today, I would be back smoking.

Be strong, be healthy.  This is worth it.  I smoked for 30-years and if I can do it, anyone can.

So nice to post here again.  Here's to the oldies like me and to the newbies. THIS IS WORTH IT!
