Hi Sunshine, well done on 6 days. You should be very proud of yourself this is a fantastic accomplishment.

I guess grumpiness goes with the territory (for the first few weeks anyway) some of us had it worse than others.

I would exploded into fits of rage so i bought the Allen Carr book to read. This helped me through it + I learned to target my rage at my addiction & not the electrical appliances & i guess it worked & it saved my $$$ in repairs.

Keep busy, keep a good attitude  + distractions help, otherwise - keep posting away & someone will be along to help.

welldone !

Sunshine,

Not to sound like a broken record, however this is normal and guess what?  You get to celebrate one week tomorrow, so plan something great for yourself!  Keep those coping mechanisms in tact and push through.  Go to sleep early and rest your head and body!

Looking forward to celebrating with you tomorrow!

Well, I'm on day 6 and going thru hell week (very appropriate name by the way!) and I am
having a very bad craving, in fact, out of all the days thus far, this is probably the worst!  Since
I've gotten up this morning, I have been wanting a smoke REALLY bad, but haven't.  So, I am
here posting (this is the first chance I've gotten).  I'm finding myself very grumpy and seem to be
put in a bad mood in the blink of an eye (everything annoys me) which is the total opposite of the
way that I normally am (which that in itself it aggrevating me).  I'm drinking the ice water and deep
breathing and etc etc, yadda yadda....

HELP!
Sunshine
