I know it can get tough in thae first week but we all know you are made of stronger stuff.. You ARE doing it!!!!

Wow...you guys are the best. I really don't have anyone that I can use as my support system here. The one's I had as my support aren't any longer. They say they don't believe I'm quitting for good this time because that is what I said last time and I ended started back up so I am always reading everyone else's posts when times get tough to pull me through.

Good for you, Sunshine! As you get more and more recovery, those craves will get farther and farther apart. You will start to atomatically say N.O.P.E., so quitting really will get a lot less tedious.

Go for it Sunshine!! You have people thinking of you and supporting you all over the world..even way down here in New Zealand...Push on through that first week week and when you come out the other side you will be on your way.

I found drinking water and going for a walk really helpful. Every time a thought of smoking enters your mind just smile and realise its the death throes of the nictotine monster. You are doing it!!!!
