hi, i dont come here very often to the site however im still nicotine free.

ive found a variety of tools to assist me....

its helpful getting the emails from this stop smoking centre... thanks

im glad to be learning skills of living nicotine free.... it is the greatest challenge that i have ever faced in my life....

there have been times in the last week when i had to pull on every ounze of love and belief in myself to get through some challenging life situations where i would have smoked over in the past... thank god i didnt and i still have my relationship with myself in tact today..... i havent given it up to the death drug nicotine.... being a user of nicotine was life being dead but alive... if you know what i mean.... a slave to the drug....

im free today thank god im free

all of you here at the board are all special friends in a very special way.... thanks for being here.
