Hi All,
since I gave up smoking I have had a reasonably struggle free quit. I was lucky in the sense that it didn't bother me too much.
I used nicotine patches ,but only for about 3 weeks.
I now find I rarely think about smoking, and even if I am upset, my thoughts do not turn to smoking.
sO, FOR YOU NEWER QUITTERS, PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOU CAN DO THIS, AND IT DOES GET EASIER WITH TIME.
