Spacecas, dusting yourself off and going back at it is how you beat this thing. Congrats on getting back on it, and I am sure your resolve is stronger now. As far as the lozenges being strong, you can always try mints or sugar free gum. For me, it had a better effect with the cravings then using nicotine gum. As someone else mentioned, there is a lower dosage.
