I can relate to that so much.........everytime I have a craving, I think about this website, and how I want to be honest, and I refrain from indulging in a crave, because I want to be smober, congradulations on 21 days.  Each day you don't smoke is an achomplishment worth celebrating. Jules

You are almost through Zombie month and doing great.

It must be so nice to have a smoke free apartment. Let that motivate you.

Hello, it has been a few days since I checked the forum out. I am celebrating 21 days nicotine free....I even survived a major move this weekend into a new house with no smell of smoke like my apartment was. I truly feel great about this whole quit....This guy and I was discussing how I quit and how he is quitting he spent $15.00 on a book...I spent less on juices and lollipops and used this site daily for the first two weeks, due to the move I could not check out online but, my thoughts were here when that urge to smoke arose. Fortunately, I do not have the cravings like I used to but, when I do I have the tools to fight them!!!
