Hello Stickin To It  Thank you for another excellent post. What I control is the first cigarette. If I don't have the first one all the others won't happen. I can't control the 2nd , 3rd , and so on ...............So I choose not to have the first puff because the addiction is waiting to be released all over again. Today I choose N.O.P.E. Excellent.  breather.
