Duffis,

Thank you again for your wonderful insight. This comes to  me at a very good time, as I have seem to forgotten that I am the warrior that is fighting this battle and nobody else is responsible for it.  It is empowering, and I needed to be reminded that only I am  responsible for myself and I can control anything and everything.  YOU, were always a role model, your wisdom has been printed and saved in my journal as time goes on...you are strenghth and bravery and you share it with all of us.

Thank you Duffis,

Kelly

Hey Duffis!!!

As Lolly said, it's really great to see you pop in with another great post...  another all-time classic in my book!!!  Also, like Lolly, I pretty much called on my inner warrior to do battle with the nico-demon!  Quitting for me was actually a war with many battles...  battles that I told myself that I could not afford to lose!

The good thing about being here is that we are at war with our army standing tall beside us!!!  Some of the greatest quit heroes are here to lend their support and keep us focused on the task at hand!!!  Freedom is right around the corner for anyone who unleashes their inner warrior and follows the path carved out by our predecessors!

Thanks again, Duffis for paving the way!

             Jim

PS...  Hey Lolly!!  I hope you are doing well!!

I remember saying 30 days!!.....I'll never make that......but we keep on fighting and saying N.O.P.E and pretty soon 30 goes by......then 60
It's never easy......but so many stay or come back to show it IS doable.  That's what makes it work.
I thank God that I found this site and for all of you that keep showing us how to do it.

Dear Duffis,

It's great to see you again and with another wonderful 'Duffism' post!

I attacked my addiction, as you did, like a war.....it was a war I had to win as I felt it was my last chance for survival.  The Nicodemon was my enemy and I was determined to conquer him no matter what.  I did not realise then what HUGE benefits there would be to winning the war.  The biggest benefit has been FREEDOM!

My role models, the warriors I tried to emulate, were on this site.  Their number of days quit seemed impossible to achieve.....even 30 days for me was an enormous obstacle.  My inner warrior was stimulated by this site and all the people who helped me.  My warrior won!

NEVER LOOK BACK.  THE FUTURE IS AHEAD!!!

Love Lolly.
