I join MM in saying I caught this post a little late. Sorry to hear about hubby's heart attack, but definitely glad to hear things are on the upswing! And happy to know you didn't smoke! You are a very strong lady, and I have in fact, drawn from your strength.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband.

I caught this post a little late. I'm really sorry to hear about your hubby's heart attack, Sparky. I'm glad, though, that things are looking up for him and you both. I'm sending lots of love and good wishes your way. You mean so much to me.....
On the bright side , mowing that lawn will be GOOD for you. Wish I was close enough to help. Okay, with the COPD, I wouldn't be much help, but I could stand along the side lines and cheer! Go, Sparky, Go!
Please keep us informed on hubby's progress. (((XOXOXO)))

Thought about you guys a lot these last couple of day. Thank you for the support. I DID NOT SMOKE!!! NOR DO I PLAN ON SMOKING I could have used it as an excuse poor poor me, I just can't handle it, why!!!! Well the only thing it would have done was make out a liar because I would try to hide it for a while and then it would have changed my quit date. I have fought to hard for my days this time and a heart attack is not going to do me in.
That being said hubby is home and resting. They are treating him for congestive heart failure, plus they put the stint in. The HF runs in his family so we know what we are dealing with, but meds and doctors have advance quite a bit. For now he is taking is easy and then rehab starting next Friday. They said I could join him for an extra $2.00. Think I will pass on that. This man has been so blessed with things happening and doctors catching stuff early. Today I am grateful.
On the icky side I get to mow the lawn!! Wipe that smile off your face Bob. Oh well, maybe someone will take pity on the old lady. Have a great night everyone.
Keep the Quit
Sparky

How blessed you both are that your {{hubby}} was able to get the treatment he needed right away and the prognosis looks so good. It's never easy going through times like this but you're handling it with your usual grace and determination. I'm really proud of you for this awesome attitude and keeping your quit during a stressful situation!
Now you'll have even more reason to overcome this nasty addiction and get on the path to a whole new healthy lifestyle.
All my best,
Pat
