Benefits of Yoga, Meditation & Tai Chi

15 years ago 0 2 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Breanne,

I went from being addicted to smoking and now I'm addicted to working out! My weekly routine is Mon, Wed, Fri an hour long of weight training followed by an hour of spin class. Three weeks ago I added an hour of Yoga on Tue & Thur. What a change in my over all mood and muscles. I recommend Yoga to anybody no matter what shape your in. When I'm feeling stressed or if the nicodemon is trying to sneak up on me in, I will take some of what I learned in Yoga and apply it while I'm at home. The breathing skills are the best! If anybody has a chance to try a class out, please do!

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 4/30/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 47
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 940
Amount Saved: $235.00
Life Gained:
Days: 4 Hrs: 14 Mins: 32 Seconds: 35
