Hiya Angie.....and nice to see you again......you were one of the first to reach out to me in my Quit beginning.  I needed everyone of you that did.  Sometimes it was only seeing the "smoke-free days" that got me through.
Good to see things are well with you.........

Keeping my Quit .....thanks to MANY SSC members

Thanks Sparky!  Just so happens that I stop in right at the time you put the shout out!!  Hope this finds you all doing well.  I miss everyone here but find that my days and nights get so busy and if I don't have time to respond to everyone's post I get completely frustrated!!

I am still smoke free and still so thankful for this site and this wonderful group of quitters!  My life certainly wouldn't be what it is now without everyone's support.  I wish I could say that I never think of cigarettes!  But (don't get discouraged newbies) it does get better daily.  I don't think about smoking all the time.  Fortunately I don't have to think about how not to smoke these days.  It's really just certain circumstances/times that still seem to trigger the thoughts.  It does get easier...really it does!

Here's to staying smoke free!  Rooting for everyone and thinking of you always!
Angie

Isn't it funny how when one of the "old timers" stops by we all get so excited?  I know several folks who make me smile when I see that they resonded to a post or they stopped by to say hello.  There are so many people we meet on our path to becoming smoke free.  Some we see every day, some we see once a week, some we only see every couple months, and there are those who helped us a long time ago who we just don't see anymore.  No matter which category they fall in, or where they are in their smoke free journey, they all were beneficial to getting us where we are today in our quits.  We miss those who don't stop by often, as they are all special to us as they were key parts of our journey.  A special SHOUT OUT to everybody who has helped me on my path to beating the nicodemon and becoming smoke free!!!

That is where I was coming from.  Over the years there have been so many come and go, thankfully there are those that have stayed.  Like you Jazz, reading old post and seeing names and wondering where they are now.  So if any of you are peeking, thanks for all the help that you gave.

Keep the Quit

I was just looking around and I noticed we have people missing and I miss them.  I will not make any special call outs, but it sure would be nice to see a few of you drop in and let us know what is going in your life.  There are several new members and it would be nice for them to meet some our wonderful quitters.
