Tabbyh, when you try and add a buddy does "javascriptpop-upblocker" appear on your task bar? I tried hitting the Ctrl key at the same time I click on add to Buddy List but the same thing still appears on the task bar. Maybe this is something to do with the problem but I don't know what to do about it.

Hi Josie,

Thanks for your post! Both Tabbyh and I have followed the instructions and are unable to add buddies to our list of contacts. We both have contacts on our lists that we have not added and when trying to IM someone on line can't read what we are typing or the contact's message without high-lighting everything. I emailed my problem to Feedback, yesterday, but as of yet have not had a response.

Trillium, I am having the same problem as you... needs to be highlighted to see anything and I do not see you on there as a buddy.. I do see hot102.. lol and a bunch of other people who are offline... I also tried searching for you, but no luck... we'll figure it out eventually... I hope.

Tabbyh...I am so frustrated!!! I have tried to add you to My Buddy List but nothing happens. I also went on IM and tried to add you as a contact but when I type in TABBYH nothing comes out. On my IM I have a whole list of contacts but I didn't add any of them. Is it my age? LOL If you read the posting after yours you can see I tried to IM Jim (hot102, I think) because he was on my list and online. I could only read what he wrote if I highlighted it and the same for what I wrote...I was typing blindly!! (but then, I am usually in the dark!!!)

Keep up your gardening it is so rewarding when you get to enjoy the results. I am living in an apartment since my husband passed away so only have my balcony to pretty up...it give me great satisfaction though and like you keeps me productive and busy!

If you are able to figure out this buddy/IM please let me know it would be fun to talk to you one on one!

When you click on the buddy it automatically adds the buddy to your IM Messenger. When you open your IM Messenger it refreshes who you have added. If the member isn't on line you won't be able to contact them.

Hi Trillium... I went to see Angels and Demons at the movies last night... it was a good movie, but definately not as good as the book... I planted flowers near my "summer home" a couple weekends ago and looking forward to seeing flowers.... I don't have a green thumb, so I am hoping I'll actually get flowers... I've been weeding, but have no idea what is a weed and what may be a flower to be, lol... but hey, it passes the time, lol... I've also added you as a buddy, but everytime I check the IM I see no one..... and don't even see your name there.. does it only come up if your buddy is online? I dunno... I'm sure we'll figure it out.

Hi Jim,

It's me, Trillium (Bev)! I am really having a problem with this! I click on Buddy List to add but nothing happens. When I went on the IM to check it out you were on there and showing on line so that is why I tried to IM you. Others that I have tried to add are not showing but there are all kinds of names I haven't added. HELP
