Hello Kir I can't think of a better birthday present to give yourself. A nonsmoking birthday is awesome. I too have a birthday later this month and this will be the first smoke free birthday since 1965. Hopefully the only thing smoking will be the ribs on the bbq. Congratulations on becoming a non smoker and happy birthday.

Wow!!! 15 days smoke free today!! On Sat. I will be celebrating my first birthday in over almost 20 yrs. as a nonsmoker. I can't believe it. I think hubby is planning a big party. He not good at sevrets but im pretending i dont know anything. Cool knowing we can have the party inside and i wont miss anything cuz im outside smoking. Just wanted to share.
