Excellent choice for a reward!!! Go to your dentist and get it done! It may be a bit more expensive, but hey... they are the pros!!! And then they can't yell at you if something would happen to really mess your teeth up at some other place!

Fabulous reward! I too had some cosmetic work done after my quit, my teeth were pretty ropy too, and my dentist and hygienist just refused to do it when I was a smoker, they said a complete waste of time and money.

So yes go ahead, its such a great feeling.

I am planning to give myself the reward of having my teeth whitened on my 3 month goal of no smoking. After almost 25 years of smoking cigarettes, my teeth suck! I am very self conscious of them & do not smile often enough & would really like to. Anyone have any suggestions as to an appropriate avenue?
