thanks so much for answering. it just gets really irritating sometimes. the twitching is like the worst anxiety symptom i have.. now it is by the mouth area and the sides of my nose. its funny how the more i think about it the worst it is. the less i think about its like its not even there. funny how the mind works huh. thanks again.

Hi jessica I used to have a severe problem with eye twitches (nothing but anxiety) Then it moved to one side of my mouth. You think it is so obvious that everyone notices it but they dont. After having it all checked out it was nothing but anxiety. Relax and try to sort out what is really bothering you, maybe journaling might help.

If the symptoms are the same but just getting more severe there is probably nothing to worry about. (my opionion only of course) I have had these kinds of things before and it is so scary. You begin to wonder what to do, do I go back to the doc, do I just call, do I just shut up? LOL! I know it is frustrating. I wish there was some magic pill to make it stop but in my experience it is time that cure it. Time and acceptance, try to accept your symptoms as panic and know that they can't hurt you, it is just an anxiety symptom. Be strong and have peace. Julie

well my day has been going ok except for my vision. i feel like my eyes get blurry now and then and my eyes twitch on and off. it gets really frustrating especially when i dwell on it. when the twitching first started i had tests done on my eyes and everything is fine, but it has gotten worse from when those tests were done. i always tell my self it's my nerves and my anxiety. has anyone out there have or had this problem? is so please help calm my nerves.
