Awesome Rock.. great post.  Smoking isn't going to make any situation better.  That one statement has probably saved my quit 3 times already!  That comment is going to stick like glue, because I do not want to lose a quit again to make a situation better.  I get both though, the fine health professionals that give us/me high fives, and my doctor that gives me lectures... even after I quit for 3 weeks.
