Thank you Sarah. Sparky, Rock, Marivi and Phil.  You inspires and help so, so many people here. My answer to Phil and I hope I can answer this to your satisfication. If you know people who smoke and you are around them while they smoke, you could be faced with a desire, an urge, or on the other hand it could have a repelling effect.  Perhaps it depends on your mind set at the particular moment.  I am fortuate that I am the last person that I know who smoked, so no one I hang with smokes. I suppose the answer to your question is not since I turned 3. And while I was in my 2', an occasional thought 3 to 4 time4, but no hard desires.

By the way Phil, you have done a heck of a job.  I am glad to see that you have made it and you are the boss! You'll keep getting better and better Phil.  Hang with it mate!
