Oh, that darn "just one" will get you every time.  Anyway in my case it does.  You know the definition of insanity is doing the same over and over again and expecting different results.  I get it I can not have a puff, one cig, one pack.  If I do all I gain is a new quit date if I am lucky enough to quit again.  Glad to see you coming back.  Hold our hands and we will walk you though it. Besides you hands will be to busy to smoke
