You already know that preparation is essential and hopefully you both have reviewed the program again and written down your reasons why you want to quit! Keeping that list right in front of me helped me overcome a LOT of craves! As long as you crave the quit more than you want to inhale some more of that nasty cancer smoke, you'll be able to succeed! If that rotten nico-demon starts to bug you, try the deep breathing and keep repeating to yourselves.... NOPE!!!!
