hi carrie
i wish you the very best and we're all here to help.
first i would get a tablet and write down the pros and cons of smoking.
try to think of everything and put it on paper. once you've decided you really want to quit , make some copies of the cons of smoking and put that list where you can see it for a while.
understand , that this will be hard , real hard , but you can do it and it is so worth it.
your health , finances , etc will improve , and you'll feel great about yourself.
because let's face , if we smoke we are wierdos these days. hard to admit but it's true.
drink lots of ice cold water , practice deep breathing when the cravings occur. keep a lot of healthy snack around , i used a lot of small carrots because i could hold them like cigarettes.
it's really nice to have you on our team , you can win at this !
