You are in the vortex of the quit. Looking for any reason to light up. I hope you and hubby both stay strong---for the 13 year old. I have a 12 year old as well, with both her daddy and I quitting off and on since 2006. She has not only survived this ordeal, but gained so much insight into the (nico)demon. I hope and pray she never smokes. I don't think she will. She has witnessed our struggles first-hand.
Prepare yourself for this, and never quit quitting!

You are experiencing physical withdral. Drink lots of ice water, keep your hand busy, and I also had a copyng strategy similar to Jim's. Deep Breathing works great. Take five consecutive of this holding your breath the longest you can. It really helps. Then try to switch your attention. Imagine yourself in a pleasurable situation. I had two images: In one I was sitting by the beach looking at a wonderful sunset and smelling the ocean. In other I was playing golf with Lorena and Annika. So hang on. Get your quitting tricks from the box, and use them!!!!!!
It is normal, everyone of us experienced the same!
