I think the N.O.P.E. bracelets you are talking about are ones members have ordered themselves on-line or through outside companies. In another thread, it was suggested that you do a quick on-line search for these bracelets where companies let you decide whatever you would like to have written on them.
Unfortunately, SSC does not have these bracelets available.
